This is a 4 Tumbler (20oz) Jig for the D80 Rotary. Lightburn now supports the horizontal rotary plates in the release of version 1.4.00. This is a digital download only. Each slot is designed to hold a 20oz. Tumbler. Each slot has a 54mm spacer (included in the file to be cut) in order to level the tumbler(s) prior to lasering

The jig is 400mm with center 40mm cutout designed to fit over rotary jaws which can be slightly tightened to hold the jig securely in place. *** You will need to turn on Cylinder Correction and then use Repeat Marking to mark your tumblers. ***

***** You will also need a low profile rotary platform and 800mm tower to be able to use this jig with a 300mm lens. You may be able to use a 200mm or 220mm lens and a 800mm tower. Check your height clearance first to see if you can use this jig. Or, you will need to offset your rotary platform off to the side of your laser bed in order to compensate for the height that you will need. *****
