Description

This is a jig for bottle opener keychains and will hold 20 keychains. It uses an 18 degree setting in Lighburn’s Repeat Marking. You can mark the top side of the keychain as well as flipping them over to mark the backside. This download pattern has three(3) layers and is very stable when using. The jig’s diameter is 270mm (10.6 Inches).

Tip for assembling the jig – When all 3 pieces are cut out you will have three(3) 40mm circles left over. If you are using 3mm MDF or acrylic or wood, glue all 3 together to form an exact 40mm x 9mm piece and allow it to dry. Next, set the 40mm x 9mm piece ( I call it the jig guide piece) on the table and slide the back panel on flat to the table. On the rear of the middle panel, put glue is several places and then slip the middle panel on top of the back panel using the jig guide piece and press down or add some weight to allow these two panels to dry. When they are dry add some glue to the back of the top main panel and slip over the jig guide piece. At this point, while the glue is still wet, adjust the top panel cutouts to align up with the middle panel cut outs. Once aligned, add some weight to the top panel and allow to dry. You can now remove the jig guide piece. Your 20 Slot Bottle Opener Keyring Jig is now ready to use.
