This is a 6 Slot Business Card Jig – Ferris Wheel Design for the D80 Rotary. This is a digital download only. Each slot is designed to hold the standard 86mm x 54mm business card.

The Ferris Wheel Design is useful when there is limited room to use a flat rotating jig and will save some space… The design is created for 3mm material, However, there are 6 "U" shaped cutouts in the file that are used as spacers to allow up to 1.6mm business cards to be inserted into the slots and this would likely require you to use a thinner (2mm) material for the spacers.

I used 3mm MDF for the project all the way around except for some 2mm basswood for the spacers. I would suggest using 3mm acrylic for the jig with some thin material for the spacers.

The jig is designed to fit over rotary jaws using the 40mm cutout circle which can be slightly tightened to hold the jig securely in place.

Also, I have included optional front and back side covers for the jig for strength and durability.
