This is a Cylinder Correction Jig for Galvo/Fiber Lasers. This is a digital download only.

The jig design is slated to use 3mm material when cutting it out. Adjust your tabs/slots accordingly if your material is of a different thickness.

The jig's base is the widest point at 220mm and the height is 62mm designed to place your tumbler or other drinkware under your galvo head and align it and level it to do Cylinder Correction. Both bases have slots to be able to use the standard M6 screws to hold the two parts of the jig to the bed of the laser.

*** You will need to turn on Cylinder Correction and then use Repeat Marking to mark your tumblers. ***
