This is a Cylinder Correction Jig for Galvo Lasers – Digital Download Only. It is made with a one piece base plate and a sled on runners that is used to position (back and forth) the tumbler so as it is level during the engraving/marking. Very easy to operated and keeps everything directly in line without any movement unlike other Cyl Cor jigs that move out of line. The base plate is designed so that it can be fastened securely to the galvo bed using the standard M6 screws on both sides of the base plate. This jig is designed for 3mm MDF or wood. All of the tabs and slots are designed so that they can be resized to accommodate the thickness of your material.
