In order to create an exact kerf cut on your projects the ideal solution, being that most diode lasers have a rectangular beam, is to cut these tools out at a 45 degree angle. This would give the kerf cuttings an exact square in any direction of your material cuts.

If you are using another material thickness other than 3mm, use Lightburn’s Resize Slots/Tabs tool on the TOOLS Tab in Lightburn.
